SilverLeaf is located in St. Augustine, FL in the northwest corner of St. Johns County. The community is located off of State Road 2209 (St. Johns Parkway) which is positioned between County Road 210 and State Road 16.
The nearest city to the north is Jacksonville and to the south is Daytona Beach.

Located in the SilverLeaf Village neighborhood, the primary amenities center offers residents a lap pool, zero entry family pool and a splash pad. Behind the aquatics complex are pickle ball courts and four tennis courts. A playground structure rounds out the available offerings.
