The top sale recorded was a home in the Markland community. This 2019 build features 2,900 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The residence listed and sold for $875,000.
Top Community:
The top community reflected in last week’s top 10 sales is SilverLeaf. 2 homes in SilverLeaf Village and 1 home in Silver Landing made the list of sales. Ashley Homes built both of the SilverLeaf Village homes. The top seller in SilverLeaf Village last week features 2,125 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offering 2,255 square feet of living space. The Silver Landing home is a Lennar build that offers 2,655 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Overall Stats:
In all, a total of 30 homes closed during the time period of December 20th-27th in St. Augustine. Sale prices ranged from $224,900 up to $875,000. Communities represented in the top 10 sales include Markland, Marsh Creek, South Hampton, Anastasia Lakes, Las Calinas, Kensington, SilverLeaf and Deerfield Preserve.
