Market Update for SilverLeaf Community
Starting as usual with SilverLeaf: The units sold and active inventory figures trended upwards this week. For the second straight week, there was a trend reversal on median price with a drop observed.

St. Johns County Market Update
Reversing trend from last week, St. Johns County saw an increase in the number of home sales closed. Reversing last week’s trend, this week shows a decrease in the amount of available inventory for sale. St. Johns County again saw a trend reversal in the median sales price for the week with a decrease in median price observed.

Duval County Market Review
Duval County again had a mixed week with gains in two of three measured areas. In a reversal from last week, the total number of properties sold increased. Reversing last week’s trend, there was a decrease in the amount of available listings. Lastly, for the second straight week, the median sales price also returned an increase in Duval County.

Market Review from Clay County
In Clay County, as with Duval, the number of sales reversed trend from last week and increased. Inventory in Clay County saw a drop, reversing trend from last week. Lastly, as with last week, there was a trend reversal with the median selling price increasing last week.

Market Update For St. Johns Area Summary
For the First Coast Area, there were a number of reversal in trends for this past week. July tends to do that given all the sales and movement of inventory on the market.
