Nice to meet your virtual acquaintance!
I’m Alysia and this is my attempt to bring you everything to help you Live (your best life) in Jax. We moved to the area from Connecticut in the Summer of 2019 and maintain it was the best decision ever. It took was one visit down here in December 2018 and we were sold on the area.
Since our arrival, we rented a house in Julington Creek, tried buying a house during the insanity of the summer of 2021 and ended up building a house in SilverLeaf. I think we looked in every neighborhood in St. Johns and the 210 area.
Why Jacksonville?
In my opinion – to be a vibrant and dynamic place to live there needs to be a mix of elements including (and in no particular order) Arts & Culture, Activities, Commerce, Diverse Dining Options, History, Sporting Events, Concerts and Transportation. You then need people who want to do and support all of these experiences. Jacksonville and the surrounding area has all of this and more.
My goal is to share First Coast experiences to help you see why Jacksonville could become home. Whether moving by choice or for a work relocation – let’s talk about what you need to survive and thrive in your home environment.
