Client centered real estate – it should be the norm, right? Absolutely! However, many choose to start their search on the internet and end up with bits and pieces of information that may or may not represent your local market. Search engines, while helpful, are not client centered nor will they typically deliver customized answers (unless you’re using a calculator with exact parameters).
It All Starts with a Search
For many – you take to Google in search of answers. How do I (insert question of choice)? There is absolutely a place for this kind of preliminary research. While Google serves up content to answer questions – most of the time the ensuing results are high level. So then perhaps you take a different approach and skip over to YouTube. You’ll again find a wealth of information that likely comes closer to what you are looking for. Yet in my experience, these tools still may not answer the question as it exactly applies to you. As with YouTube, you may be listening to an agent in a local market far from where you live or worse still – an older video featuring outdated content. If you want to do some research on your own, consider taking notes on your follow up questions and let’s use those as a foundation for our dialog.
Client Centered Real Estate for the Win
In my experience, well-informed clients are the happiest. That means meeting you on your terms and delivering the exact information you need. Whether you prefer to meet in person, message over a social media platform, text or swap video conversations – client centered centered real estate is all about you. Together we will answer the questions as they apply to your scenario. When you are ready to look at homes they will be in your budget and meet your criteria. If you are looking to sell – together we will tailor a program to bring your house to market.
When you have questions, I encourage you to reach out and let’s talk through things. My goal is to arm you with answers that are customized to your specific scenario. One thing I always advise clients is that if I do not know the answer, I will either find out or put you in touch with the professional who can truthfully offer advice.
