EverRange Builder Announcements
Earlier this year, the PARC Group announced the first builder in their new development project, EverRange, today they released a second. Read on for additional details on this Northeast Florida community.
Who Will Be Included as a Builder in EverRange?
With 1,500 homes slated in this new community, many are wondering who the builders will be. Earlier this year, we received the first insight into builders with the announcement of Toll Brothers. While information remains limited, it appears this will be an active adult community (55+).
On August 28th, a second announcement was made naming Dream Finders to the list of builders with a townhome neighborhood.
Where Will EverRange Be Located?
Look for this new community in Jacksonville between eTown and Nocatee.
How Big will EverRange Be?
Plans call for 1,500 homes in neighborhoods situated on 1,000 acres.
What will the Development Include?
Additional information is committed – but the website and preliminary map show a mix of preserve space, neighborhoods, an amenity center, mixed-use development and proximity to The Exchange.
The PARC Group is a recognized developer here in in Northeast Florida. To their credit, past projects have included communities such as Nocatee, eTown and Pablo Creek Reserve along with countless others. With continued population along with economic and development and growth, it is exciting to see new community offerings in Jacksonville. For those looking in the area, communities such as EverRange and Seven Pines, along with final buildout in Nocatee and eTown give home buyers a nice array of options.
While 2025 may seem a long time off – remember that on average, a new construction home often takes 12 months from deposit to closing. When you overlay the infrastructure needs of a new community, that will increase the timeline for a project. I find early announcements great for those considering a move – but not ready to make decisions quite yet.
