EverRange New Community Announcement

Earlier this week the PARC Group announced their new development project, EverRange, slated for 2025.  Read on for additional details on this Northeast Florida community.

Where Will the Community Be Located:

The announcement and website indicate a location between eTown and Nocatee.  An entrance is slated off of US-1 (Philips Highway) with plans to connect it into The Exchange (eTown’s Town Center).

How Big will EverRange Be?

With a community size of 1,000 acres, plans indicate that 1,500 homes will be incorporated into neighborhoods.

What will the Development Include?

Additional information is following the initial commitment of 2024.  The website and preliminary map shows a mix of preserve space, neighborhoods, an amenity center, mixed-use development and proximity to The Exchange.

To date, the Developer has released two updates regarding builders with the first being Toll Brothers and the most recent being Dream Finders with a townhome neighborhood.

The PARC Group is a recognized developer here in in Northeast Florida.  With projects including Nocatee, eTown and Pablo Creek Reserve among countless others, this should be an exciting new offering for the Jacksonville area.  Inventory shortages are one of the leading challenges in the real estate market.  With continued development and growth, Jacksonville sees exciting offerings in the new community space.  New developments in Duval County like EverRange and Seven Pines along with continued buildout in Nocatee, eTown, Dunns Crossing and Creekside Manor give home buyers plenty of options.

While 2025 may seem a long time off – remember that on average, a new construction home often takes 12 months from deposit to closing.  When you overlay the infrastructure needs of a new community, that will increase the timeline for a project.  I find early announcements great for those considering a move – but not ready to make decisions quite yet.

As additional information is released, I will be happy to pass it along.  If you would like to visit any other PARC Group developments for a tour, please feel free to reach out.
