Imagine You Make the Move to St. Johns County

Has the time come to imagine you make the move to St. Johns County? Are you guilty of scrolling through glamourous backyards, insane pool set-ups and yards that just don’t make sense in other parts of the country on Pinterest? Do you often think “Why? There’s just no point…”

All of the sudden something changes one day in your life and you find a move to Florida in your future. You really know nothing about moving to FL or living here (because after all – isn’t the Sunshine State where people go to vacation)?

Whether you are moving for work, family or retirement – you’ll quickly learn there is more to Florida than ever imagined. Yes, warm weather is the big selling point here.  However, we have beaches, shoreline, history, arts and culture, sporting events/teams and a diverse culinary scene.

So back to this amazing backyard – when you live in FL, you will find a set-up like this makes sense. Full disclosure, everyone’s wishes, wants and needs for their space are different. Whether you want a patio, lanai, firepit, outdoor kitchen, pool or all the above – they will get put to use.

How’s the Weather?

Yes, it gets cool here in Northeast Florida in winter (think early Fall temperatures in New England). However, there are plenty of days when the sun comes out and has us in the 70s and enjoying sunshine. I promise – more than other parts of the country, you will make use of your yard.

Thinking about Moving to the St. Johns County Area?

If a move to St. Johns County, Jacksonville or St. Augustine has you asking questions, feeling like you simply don’t know what to do or how to proceed – drop me a message. We can talk about backyards, schools, places to live, things to do and more. We made the move (relatively sight unseen ourselves) and have enjoyed almost 5 years here in Florida.
