Bannon Lakes: This is a Pulte community and they have 4 available options. An Easley floor plan is ready now, a Mystique floor plan is slated for August, another Mystique is planned for September and a third Mystique is scheduled for October. Their offerings range from 3 bedroom/3 bathroom to 4 bedroom/4 bathroom models. Prices for these homes start at $513,120.
Bartram Ranch: This is a Toll Brothers community and they have 9 move-in ready options. These range in size from 3 bedrooms at 2,424 square feet up to 5 bedrooms and 3,450 square feet. Floor plans available are the Saratoga Farmhouse and Saratoga Craftsman, Graystone Coastal and Graystone Farmhouse, the Spoonbill Coastal and Hillcrest Coastal. Pricing starts at $734,990.
Beachwalk: Known for its 14 acre lagoon, this tropical themed community has some quick-move in homes available as well. Dream Finders shows 8 townhouses available including the Seahaven, Reef, Seabreeze II, and Clipper floorplans. These are a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes starting in price at $519,648.
Beacon Lake: In Beacon Lake, there are 2 developers both with quick delivery homes. Dream Finders offers 15 quick delivery homes on both 43′ and 53′ homesites. Pricing starts at $448,990. Toll Brothers offers one quick move in home which is a Spencer Farmhouse floorplan (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms at 3,700 square feet). This home is priced at $989,990.
Bridgewater: Builder D.R. Horton offers the following townhomes in this conveniently located community. A number of units will be available between September and November including Harper, Keaton, Oakley, Wesley and Aspen floor plans. Units include a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units ranging in price from $294,990 to $396,990.

Grand Oaks: Toll Brothers has a Saratoga Coastal floor plan (1st floor primary bedroom) available in this community. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is 3,720 square feet and priced at $829,990.
Mill Creek Forest: has 8 quick move-in homes available. Available floor plans include the Anan Coastal, Ana Craftsman, Ella Craftsman, June Coastal, Alice Coastal, Robin Coastal and Ruth Elite Farmhouse. Middlebourne: ICI has 7 inventory homes available for sale along with 1 lease back (on the model home).
