Welcome Toll Brothers and their planned Newbrook neighborhood to the SilverLeaf community! Early last week, a sign announcing the Newbrook neighborhood appeared on the intersection of Silverlake Drive and St. Johns Parkway in St. Augustine.
What we know about the Toll Brothers Newbrook Neighborhood
Information on the Newbrook neighborhood remains limited. We know the neighborhood will feature a mix of townhouse and single family home living. Toll Brothers has taken this approach in many of their other local developments including eTown and Nocatee. Newbrook will feature 6 collections: Cypress, Dogwood, Juniper, River Birch and Spruce for single-family style homes. For Townhome living, look to the Towns Collection. Townhouses will be priced from the mid-$400s and single-family homes will start in the upper $400s (Cypress collection homes).
Toll Brothers in St. Johns County
While this will be the first Toll Brothers project in SilverLeaf, the developer is no stranger to St. Johns County. Toll Brothers is currently building in the following developments in the St. Johns, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra areas: Bartram Ranch, Mill Creek Forest, Shores at RiverTown, Beacon Lake (The Landing at Beacon Lake, the Preserve at Beacon Lake), Nocatee (West End at Town Center, Seabrook Village, Coral Ridge at Seabrook, Settler’s Landing, Franklin Square at Crosswater, Palmetto Cove, Crosswinds at Nocatee) and Grand Oaks (Lakeview at Grand Oaks).
