Waterford Lakes is a neighborhood in the SilverLeaf community. Located in St. Augustine, FL this master planned community is located in the northwest corner of St. Johns County. The community is located off of State Road 2209 (St. Johns Parkway) which is positioned between County Road 210 and State Road 16.
The nearest city to the north is Jacksonville and to the south is Daytona Beach.
Amenities
Waterford Lakes is a gated community that boasts its own private amenities including a pool with splash pad and fitness center. Both are still currently pending final sign-off before they can be utilized by residents. Wateford Lakes residents do not have access to amenities managed by the SilverLeaf Master HOA Association (namely the amenities located in SilverLeaf Village).
Walking trails/bike paths and golf cart paths are available throughout the SilverLeaf community.
